You are a fairy of Pixie Hollow in Neverland. You are also a pixie dust-keeper ever since you were born when a newborn child made their first laugh. You were taught about pixie dust by Fairy Gary, an overseer of the dust-talent fairies.

Well, not all dust-talent fairies were always obedient, there was only one fairy who was intrigued with pixie dust. His name was Zarino. He was a curious and feisty dust-keeper fairy. He always wondered at its endless possibilities and many magical properties.

During your job, you noticed Zarino sprinking pixie dusts on his head while you kept wrapping the leaf-like bags filled with pixie dust.

"We put the dust in the bags and they stay there, right?" he said, speaking with anoher dust-keeper "And yet, we sprinkle dust on top of something, it floats."

Everyone stopped what they were doing and took their gazes at Zarino including yourself as well.

"Well, that's just how pixie dust works." she replied.

"Well, yes, I know, but "why" is the question. Know what I mean?" he asked.

Everyone stood speechless as if no one didn't understand what was Zarino talking about.

"Not even a little?"

Yet, the silence stood still.

"Never once had the thought?"

Everyone didn't give their opinions about pixie dust. You, on the other hand, knew this was getting awkward. But you didn't not want to make your opinion. You decided to tell your opinion, but a voice interrupted before you were about to.

"Good morning, dust-keepers!"

You heard that familiar voice, knowing it was none other than Fairy Gary. You all greeted him back as he arrived to meet you all with Teren, a female dust-keeper sparrow fairy. You took a glance at Zarino who shook his head, trying to get the dust off. You knew that he didn't want Fairy Gary to see him got some pixie dust on his head.

"All right, let's see. On blue dust duty today we have, uh..." Fairy Gary trailed his words off as he found himself not remembering who's in charge and asked Teren, "What were we on?"

"'Y'." Teren answered as she showed the list of those who are in charge of blue dust duty.

"Ah! Yes. Yvette." Fairy Gary remembered as he called for Yvette.

One of the dust-keepers told him about Yvette, who was absent right now.

"That's fantastic!" shouted Zarino.

Everyone stared at Zarino after the outburst. Zarino quickly changed his composure as he said, "I mean, poor, poor Yvette."

"Well, um, that brings us to..." Fairy Gary checked the list to find the last letter after 'Y'. "'Z'"

You realized the letter Z meant that it was Zarino's turn to take that duty.

Fairy Gary took a sigh before speaking, "Zarino, you're up!"

Zarino became excited as he couldn't believe that it was his turn and joined Fairy Gary. You watched the two headed to the blue dust storage and also you noticed some of the fairies had a bad feeling about Zarino doing that kind of duty.

After your job was finished, you went to find Fairy Gary. You asked him about Zarino's duty. You found out that Zarino wanted to know how other things pixie dust could do. However, Fairy Gary also told you that he warned the male fairy that every dust-keeper mustn't tamper with pixie dust.

You began to feel worried about Zarino. Knowing that he's always curious, you just hoped he didn't make any mistakes for tampering pixie dust.

Meanwhile, Zarino returned home after his blue dust duty. He looked over his notebooks filled with experiments. Those notes were only stated "no result". He groaned in dismay and was about to give up until a blue dust appeared in front of him.

He wondered if he could do some experiment with blue dust. He flipped the page to the experiment which was about how to make orange pixie dust. He put some ingredients such as sunflower seeds and a pinch of moonflower.

After mixing them together, he placed a piece of blue dust onto the mixture. The mixture itself turned into pixie dust and Zarino placed his hands into the dust. He noticed the color of the pixie dust was different to the original color. It was orange. He tested it out as he placed both hands to the light. He became surprised that his experiment with blue dust worked.

As he patted his hands clean, he touched the light, nothing happened.

He knew that he made his first completed experiment. Right now, he needed to show someone else his creation.

Zarino then went to visit Tinker Bell. He took Tink back to his home and demostrated the light magic, much to his surprise. Tinker Bell only knew that Zarino wasn't actually a light fairy. Zarino then showed his both hands with orange pixie dusts again. He told Tink that he made orange pixie dust.

Tinker Bell couldn't believe his ears as he claimed that making orange pixie dust was never done before.

Zarino was glad that Tink understood the meaning of making pixie dust with a different color. Because of that, he's finally going to figure everything about pixie dust's capability. Tinker Bell asked Zarino about Fairy Gary's thoughts. He only answered that Fairy Gary didn't exactly know. Zarino was told that he shouldn't tamper with pixie dust as he was making another experiment. He took a purple feather into the mixture of pixie dust.

He gestured Tink to mix the mixture while he took another piece of blue dust. Zarino also mentioned that pixie dust was actually very powerful. Tink realized that Zarino was about to place a tiny piece of blue dust to the mixture and asked him about using with blue dust.

Zarino answered positively, stating that it took the tiniest bit. He then placed the blue dust into the mixture, turning into a purple color. Zarino tested the purple pixie dust by spearding it in the air. He realized that he made purple pixie dust that creates wind.

He theorized purple pixie dust is used for fast flying talents.

As the flower with pink tints on the ends of the petals flated against Tink's face, Zarino realized that his third experiment was garden talents. After taking the pink flower off from Tink's face, the tinker fairy realized that Zarino was too quick after finding out pixie dusts in two different colors as he suggested him to slow down a bit.

After making a pink from the petals, he poured it to the bag of pixie dusts. Unlike the previous two, Zarino then placed two pieces of blue dust, much to Tink's shock and surprise. However, just when the dust keeper placed two, it exploded, sending him down to the floor. Zarino noticed his hands was filled with pink pixie dust, much to his joy and delight.

Tink became worried and told Zarino about making pixie dust in different colors, "Zarino, this seems kind of dangerous."

"Do you know what this means, Tink? I've finally found my "lost things." Dust-keeping will change forever!" he declared as he pulled an acorn-like flower pot and brought the bag of pink pixie dust.

Just when he was about to place pink dust onto the plant, Tink said, "Zarino, I really think you should stop!"

"What? Whoa!" Zarino tripped himself, accidentally unawarely spilled a lot of pink pixie dust onto the plant.

After he did, Zarino and Tinker Bell watched the plant began to move shakily. The whole house shook as if there was an earthquake. The two fairies watched what's going to happen.

Meanwhile, you flew along the way on doing your same old job. Of course, dust-keeping. Suddenly, you noticed the whole land was shaking.

"Huh? What's that sound?" You wondered until you noticed vines emerging out of nowhere! You didn't know what's going on, but you followed the vines, leading you the way to the Pixie Dust Depot.

"Oh no!"

You quickly headed to the Pixie Dust Depot. By the time you arrived, you shockly stared at the tower with vines around it. You looked around until you noticed Fairy Gary got out from the entrance.

"Fairy Gary!"

You flew towards your overseer, who coughed after surviving the chaos.

"Are you all right?"

"I am all right, (Y/n)."

"What happened?"

Just when you asked him, Fairy Gary noticed something pink on the vines. He had pink dust on his fingertips. You suddenly recognized that dust.

"Is that pixie dust?"

However, you noticed that this wasn't the color you always saw. While you were distracted by the pink color, Fairy Gary shockly found out who made pink pixie dust.

"No..." he whispered to himself.

You both turned to see Zarino running on the gigantic vine as he came to find the depot in a chaotic mess. Tink was with him as well.

Everyone in Pixie Hollow including Queen Clarion, the fairy queen of Pixie Hollow itself. They became shocked to see the Pixie Dust Depot destroyed.

"How did this happen?" asked the queen.

"Oh no..." Zarino shockly noticed the disordered depot, realizing what he had done.

Tink's friends, Faun, Silvermist, Rosetto came and asked him if he's okay. Rosetto wondered who grew those very gigantic vines. You followed Fairy Gary as he confronted Zarino, clearing his throat.

He was not very happy when he found out the pink pixie dust was made by Zarino.

"Zarino...?" You couldn't believe that he made pixie dust pink despite his warnings from Fairy Gary.

"I'm so sorry," he apologized. "I'll help rebuild the depot. I'll come in early, I'll stay late!"

"You were told not to tamper with pixie dust," Fairy Gary reminded Zarino about tampering with pixie dust as he couldn't believe the young latter ignored his warnings. "I think it's best if you don't come in at all."

Zarino, confused, asked, "What are you saying?"

"You are no longer a Dust Keeper." Fairy Gary declared after seeing the chaos Zarino caused. "It's simply too dangerous."

He walked away as he told the fairy queen about rebuilding the depot. You couldn't believe that Fairy Gary dismissed Zarino like that because of that crazy accident. Zarino noticed the pity looks from Tink and his friends including you. He couldn't believe what happened just after he made a terrible accident during his pink pixie dust experiment. Hurt and anger filled his heart as he quickly left the depot.

"Zarino!" You shouted out for him, but he didn't hear you.

You decided to follow him while Tink and his friends looked on with sorrow. As you entered his home residence, you noticed Zarino packing his important things he might bring with into his leaf-like bag. You wondered what he was doing just now after chasing after him.

"Zarino? What are you doing?"

Just when you asked him, he ignored you while packing some things he needed. Finished, he sprinkled normal pixie dust onto his wings and flew.

"Zarino!"

You quickly went after him again and you called out to him very loudly.

"Zarino! Wait!"

Zarino finally heard your voice and turned around to you as he stopped while still flying. You confronted Zarino and finally asked, "Where are you going?"

Zarino sighed and answered, "I don't know."

You began to realize that Zarino was actually leaving Pixie Hollow.

"Are you... leaving Pixie Hollow?" You implied.

"Yeah..." the former dust keeper reluctantly answered.

"You can't leave!" You protested. "Maybe... Maybe Fairy Gary might forgive you and then... then..."

"He'll never forgive me!!!"

You were startled when Zarino exclaimed, interrupting you.

"Zarino..."

"You saw what happened back then. I'm not a dust-keeper anymore." Zarino reminded you.

"So you're going to leave Pixie Hollow?" You felt hurt as you couldn't believe Zarino was about to leave Pixie Hollow. "You're not coming back?"

Zarino noticed your tears coming out from your (e/c) eyes when you implied to him about never coming back.

"I'm sorry. I made up my mind." Zarino placed his both hands on your shoulders.

"I guess this is a good-bye, right?" You sobbed a little as you couldn't believe that you wouldn't see him again.

Zarino wiped your tears as he answered, "Yeah, I guess so."

You then quickly hugged him, much to his surprise. Zarino realized this is a good-bye hug from you as he placed his arms around you, hugging you in return.

Breaking a hug, you watched Zarino leave Pixie Hollow. You hadn't heard of Zarino again... until that very day.
